Instrumental in the growth of America’s largest Hispanic-owned food company for over twelve years, he has also advised the leadership of major U.S. and Latin America based companies on improving their Hispanic business performance in the U.S..

As head of Ira Ginsberg Co., Ira has served as interim executive and 'C'-level advisor to numerous public and closely-held corporations, not-for-profits and private equity firms since the firm's inception in 1989, spanning
natural products, urban and youth markets, home furnishings, DIY, entertainment, retail and services across a broad range of settings.

Ira previously worked in brand management at Kraft-General Foods headquarters where he was recognized for his innovative stewardship of Maxwell House Coffee and other leading brands. The former CMO of Farmland Dairies, he received his MBA at Columbia University and BA from Hofstra.
